The average rent price in the Davao Del Sur region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Davao Del Sur has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 532.11. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 538.41 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a rise of 115 % in the rent price per m² rising from ₱ 535.26 to ₱ 613.18 per m². In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per m² of ₱ 574.22 to ₱ 549.1 during February and March.
When referring to the price in Davao Del Sur (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 38,659. In November the price remains at ₱ 37,234. In the following two months the average price has fallen 85 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₱ 35,024.5 to ₱ 36,137.5 during February and March.

They are 37 % cheaper than the average price in Davao Del Sur followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 26,786. The most expensive properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 102 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 28,900.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 309.41 / m² being ₱ 542.98 / m² the average for Davao Del Sur. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 56 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 548.53 / m².

"House" with an average price of ₱ 805.82 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of ₱ 805 / m².
