The average rent price in the Cavite region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per m² in Cavite has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 355.85. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₱ 344.79 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 95 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has risen 107 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₱ 340.78 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₱ 363.38 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Cavite(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average rent price in October is ₱ 182,739. In November the price rose to ₱ 193,158. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 134 % going from ₱ 187,948.5 to ₱ 252,741. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 78 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 220,344.75 a ₱ 171,862.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 1 bedroom are the most affordable ones. They are 88 % cheaper than the average price in Cavite followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₱ 30,240. The most affordable properties have 4 bedrooms. They are 28 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at ₱ 57,143.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 2 bedrooms are the most expensive ones with a price of ₱ 360.49 / m² being ₱ 341.31 / m² the average for Cavite. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 90 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 3 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 381.78 / m².
The graph displaying the average rent price according to the property type shows "Townhouse" as the most affordable one. With an average cost of ₱ 180,197 it is 74 % cheaper than the average in Cavite. This is followed by "House" with a cost of ₱ 97,879. The most expensive property type is "Lot" and is 122 % more costly than the average, followed by "House And Lot" with a cost of ₱ 357,380.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Condominium with a an average price of ₱ 121.53 / m², followed by "Lot" with a price of ₱ 217.29 / m². "Townhouse" with an average price of ₱ 1,310.14 / m² is the most expensive type of property followed by "House And Lot" at a price of ₱ 485.06 / m².
