The average rent price in the Camarines Sur region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Camarines Sur has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 275.69. The following month (November) the price had a considerable fall reaching ₱ 137 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 92 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 139 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 198.42 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 275 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Camarines Sur(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 53,659. During Novemberthe price had a strong fall till ₱ 16,805. In the following two months the average price has fallen 35 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 225 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₱ 23,811.75 a ₱ 53,605.

They are 58 % cheaper than the average price in Camarines Sur followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₱ 22,491. The most affordable properties have 1 bedroom. They are 58 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 4 bedrooms priced at ₱ 22,376.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 174 / m² being ₱ 275 / m² the average for Camarines Sur. The properties with the lowest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 35 % more affordable than the average followed by those with 4 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 174 / m².
