The average rent price in the Batangas region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Batangas has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 131.7. The following month (November) the price had a considerable rise reaching ₱ 233.99 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 135 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 132 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 214.52 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 283.85 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Batangas(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₱ 171,452. During Novemberthe price had a strong fall till ₱ 108,938. In the following two months the average price has fallen 84 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone up 110 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 128,934 a ₱ 141,604 in February y March.
