The average rent price in the Bataan region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Bataan has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 211.71. The following month (November) the price rose to ₱ 234.4 per m². In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per m² has increased notably to a 120 %. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant rise of 121 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 245.45 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 297.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Bataan(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average rent price in October is ₱ 126,968. In November the price rose to ₱ 139,140. The average price for the following two months (December, January) rose from ₱ 133,054 to ₱ 144,437. During the last two months the price has gone down 91 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 138,745.5 a ₱ 126,478 in February y March.
