The average rent price in the Aklan region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per m² in Aklan has fallen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was ₱ 759.69. The following month (November) the price rose to ₱ 865.41 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 85 % in the rent price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 68 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₱ 753.33 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₱ 515.86 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Aklan(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₱ 150,000. In November the price remains at ₱ 148,333. In the following two months the average price has fallen 67 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone down 90 % compared to the previous average values going from ₱ 124,583.25 a ₱ 112,623 in February y March.
The graph displaying the the average rent price per number of bedrooms shows that those with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones. They are 96 % cheaper than the average price in Aklan followed by those with 3 with an average price of ₱ 4,915. The most expensive properties have 1 bedroom. They are 6 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 2 bedrooms priced at ₱ 22,724.
Based on the average price per m² those properties with 4 bedrooms are the most affordable ones with a price of ₱ 107 / m² being ₱ 469 / m² the average for Aklan. The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 150 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of ₱ 257 / m².

With an average cost of ₱ 110,083 it is 96 % cheaper than the average in Aklan. This is followed by "Hotel" with a cost of ₱ 4,815. The most affordable property type is "Condominium" and is 96 % cheaper than the average, followed by "Lot" with a cost of ₱ 4,885.
Based upon the average cost per m² the most affordable property type is "Apartment with a an average price of ₱ 73 / m², followed by "Hotel" with a price of ₱ 88 / m². "Condominium" with an average price of ₱ 107 / m² is the most affordable type of property followed by "Lot" at a price of ₱ 102 / m².
