The price per m² in Tanay has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 174. In November this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 173 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 173.5 to ₱ 173 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 173.25 to ₱ 173 during February y March
When referring to the price in Tanay (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is ₱ 174,825. In November This price remains at ₱ 174,650. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 174,737.5 to ₱ 174,650. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₱ 174,693.75 and ₱ 174,650 between February and March.
