The rent prices in real estate in San Juan, in the Metro Manila region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in San Juan has fallen during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per m² was ₱ 716.27. In October this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 724.27 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 720.27 to ₱ 684.58 per m². The price per m² has fallen 93 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 702.43 to ₱ 651.27 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in San Juan (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₱ 123,321. During October the price had a slight fall till ₱ 107,700. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable fall of 83 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₱ 105,435 to ₱ 81,750, which means a 78 % fall.
