The rent prices in real estate in San Juan, in the Metro Manila region have slightly fallen in the last couple of months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in San Juan has fallen during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 724.27. In November this price barely changed remaining at ₱ 718.15 per m². The price for the following two months in (December, January) fell 90 % with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 685.82 to ₱ 681.77 during February y March
When referring to the price in San Juan (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is ₱ 107,700. In November This price remains at ₱ 108,995. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable fall of 75 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 93 %, going from ₱ 94,748.75 to ₱ 88,527.5 in February and March.
