The rent prices in real estate in San Fernando, in the Pampanga region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in San Fernando has risen during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was ₱ 298.79. In the following month the price per m² rose considerably to ₱ 343.78. In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 321.29 to ₱ 323.01 per m². The price per m² has risen 106 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of ₱ 322.15 to ₱ 340.57 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in San Fernando (cities), this has risen in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 67,632. During November the price had a slight fall till ₱ 61,317. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₱ 64,474.5 to ₱ 67,076.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 127 % during the last two months.
