In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from ₱ 730.2 to ₱ 719.34 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₱ 724.77 to ₱ 732.32 during February y March
When referring to the price in Manila (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The rent price in October is ₱ 27,442, rising in November till ₱ 29,996. During the following two months (December, January) the average price fell 91 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 89 %, going from ₱ 27,449.5 to ₱ 24,518.5 in February and March.
