The rent prices in real estate in Biñan, in the Laguna region have slightly risen in the last couple of months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this city.

When referring to the price in Biñan (cities), this has fallen in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₱ 195,235. During November the price had a considerable fall till ₱ 125,045. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average rise from ₱ 160,140 to ₱ 182,380.5. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 118 % during the last two months.
